So, I thought I would make a shawl but I got half way through and did not think the piece was wide enough for a shawl. I then decided I would make it into a shrug. Once I sewed the piece, I realised it was way to wide for a shrug so, I sewed up the bottom and added a handle to make it a tote bag. My seam does not look all that great but, I have since learned how to do them better. I am keeping this bag for myself. Have you ever started making something and then ended up turning it into something else?
Not since I began making the Toys: before, when knitting, crocheting and/or quilting, frequently! That's the fun of crafting!!

Yes, it is. I am in the process of making an afghan for my first grandchild and have changed it a dozen times. I finally found the pattern I am sticking to!
